Heat resistant coatings

Bowers Industrial partners with brands such as Duromar and Thurmalox to bring you the best heat resistant coatings. As a business owner, you need to know that, when you invest in equipment, it will continue providing value for your operation long after you have recouped your initial investment. Heavy industrial processes can involve heating up components to hundreds of degrees Fahrenheit. This is especially true in the steel industry, which requires its equipment to be able to withstand regular exposure to the hottest temperatures imaginable. Our high temperature resistant coatings include products to protect against the corrosive effects of ultraviolet light and weathering.

Duromar HPL 4310 U/V

One of Duromar’s heat resistant coatings. Bowers Industrial is an exclusive partner with Duromar. This coating can be applied by hand with a brush, or as a spray. Duromar HPL 4310 U/V is formulated to provide protection against a wide variety of corrosive agents, including ultraviolet light, weathering, acids, and solvents. It is intended for use as a coating for industrial steel tanks.

Thurmalox 200 is most effective when first primed with Thurmalox 210 zinc dust heat and corrosion resistant primer.

Thurmalox 225HD High Build, Air Dry, High Temperature VOC Compliant Coating

This is a two-component heat resistant coating system for stainless steel and carbon surfaces to protect them from atmospheric corrosion. It is an ideal coating to use on surfaces with deep profiles. You can apply Thurmalox 225 as its own top coat.

Thurmalox 260

An air-drying, self-priming, silicone copolymer resin that protects the hot metal surfaces of operating equipment from temperatures of up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Available in a wide array of standard and custom colors.\

Thurmalox 70 Air Dry Silicone Coating for Stainless Steel

Thurmalox 70 is an air-drying, silicone-based coating that protects insulated stainless steel from cracks caused by corrosion. It can withstand temperatures of up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. This coating minimizes the level of attainable contaminants. An independent laboratory tests each new batch for quality.
